Refund & Warranty Policy – LoLi Crafts
At LoLi Crafts, each project is custom-built with care, precision, and passion. To
ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our refund and warranty policy below:
Deposits & Payments

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins.
•
This deposit covers material costs and is non-refundable.
•
The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection.
Refunds
•
Because all items are custom-made to client specifications, refunds are not
available once production has started.
•
Refunds may only be considered if LoLi Crafts is unable to fulfill the order due
to unforeseen circumstances.
•
Courier fees are non-refundable once items have been dispatched.
Warranty
•
Every item crafted by LoLi Crafts carries a two-year warranty.
•
This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal
use.
•
The warranty does not cover:
•
Improper care or maintenance
•
Physical damage caused by the client (e.g., drops, scratches, exposure to
moisture or extreme heat)
Quality Assurance
•
All items undergo a strict quality check before leaving our workshop.
•
Delivery is handled either by LoLi Crafts directly or through a trusted courier
service.
•
Clients are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery and report any
issues within 7 days.
Customer Responsibilities
•
Proper care and maintenance of wooden items are essential to ensure
longevity.
•
Clients must follow care guidelines provided by LoLi Crafts to keep their
warranty valid.
