Refund & Warranty Policy – LoLi Crafts At LoLi Crafts, each project is custom-built with care, precision, and passion. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our refund and warranty policy below: Deposits & Payments All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit covers material costs and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection. Refunds Because all items are custom-made to client specifications, refunds are not available once production has started. Refunds may only be considered if LoLi Crafts is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances. Courier fees are non-refundable once items have been dispatched. Warranty Every item crafted by LoLi Crafts carries a two-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty does not cover: Improper care or maintenance Physical damage caused by the client (e.g., drops, scratches, exposure to moisture or extreme heat) Quality Assurance All items undergo a strict quality check before leaving our workshop. Delivery is handled either by LoLi Crafts directly or through a trusted courier service. Clients are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days. Customer Responsibilities Proper care and maintenance of wooden items are essential to ensure longevity. Clients must follow care guidelines provided by LoLi Crafts to keep their warranty valid.
